Maternity photography sessions really helped me bump up my creativity this year. I've been photographing more maternity portrait sessions then ever before and have been enjoying it very much because it makes me use my creativity in other ways. I find that photographing the beautiful curves of a woman, weather pregnant or not, in elegant and tasteful ways is a very delicate work. It is, of course, very different from photographing newborns and children which is refreshing and makes me love my job even more. And most of the expecting mamas come back to me for their newborn photo session, so I get to see them transform into a parent and photograph them again, this time, with their little one in their arms.
