  • Due to custom nature of photography products all orders are final and none-refundable.
  • The sitting fee is for time and talent only. It does not include any digital files, prints, or products. These are purchased separately during clients’ ordering and portrait design consultation.
  • $600 minimum portrait order required with every session.
  • The ordering and portrait design consultation takes place in-studio and is usually scheduled one to two weeks after the portrait session. All decision makers must be present during this appointment.
  • $140 of the total sitting fee is none-refundable if session is cancelled within 21 days prior to the appointment date or baby’s due date. If the booking is done within the 21 days, there is a 24-hour cancellation period with full refund.
  • In the event that the session is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the appointment, the sitting fee is none-refundable.
  • $70 re-scheduling fee applies, if session is re-scheduled within 7 days prior to the appointment date. If the session is rescheduled within 48 hours prior to the appointment date, the re-scheduling fee is $140.
